Who is going to know I filed bankruptcy?

Your creditors, your lawyer, the bankruptcy court, and trustees.

A bankruptcy filing is a public record.  It will be on your credit report.  But there's very little public interest in individual bankruptcy cases.  The newspapers don't want to list every case -- no one would read it!

We know it can be embarrassing to file.  We don't think it should be but we appreciate your privacy.  So does the court.  They don't go out of their way to embarrass anyone.

Here's the reality:  You probably know several people who filed bankruptcy but you don't know it.  There's no scarlet letter you have to wear around.  No sign in your yard.  No ad in the newspaper.  And unless you are a celebrity, no one wants to report it on the nightly news.
